Man Shot, Killed In Norwalk In Apparent Gang Shooting
The name of the victim, who died at the scene, was withheld pending notification of his family.

NORWALK, CA -- A man was killed in an apparent gang shooting Wednesday while driving on a Norwalk street, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 3:45 a.m. in the 16500 block of Horst Avenue.
Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff's Information Bureau said the victim was driving north on Horst Avenue from 166th Street when someone fired several shots into his vehicle.

"It is unknown if the suspect was on foot or in a vehicle," he said. "The incident is believed to be gang-related."
No suspect description was released.
