School Supply Drive At Cerritos Staples To Benefit Boys And Girls Club
The 6th annual Staples For Students national school supply drive will donate much needed supplies for the Boys and Girls Club in Long Beach, according to the nonprofit.

Cerritos residents can help students of the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach gear up for school with the 6th annual Staple for Students national school supply drive. All proceeds donated at the Staples at 10820 Alondra Blvd. will help local students return to school prepared to learn and succeed, according to a press release.
Staples will donate $125,000 worth of school supplies to kickstart the program. Teen actor Sean T. Austin joins the campaign to further the Boys & Girls Club’s mission to “enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.”
Austin has been featured in Disney’s The Wizards of Waverly Place and is the voice of Nickelodeon’s Go Diego, Go!

“I’m so excited to team up with Staples and Boys & Girls Clubs of America for this great cause,” stated Austin in a press release. “I can’t imagine starting school without the right supplies, so I’m rallying fellow teens to help make a difference in their communities by making sure students have the essential supplies they need to succeed.”
