Smash-And-Grab Robbery Reported At Cerritos Business
One of the suspects pointed a rifle at a store employee while the others began smashing glass display cases.

CERRITOS, CA – Several men entered a business in Cerritos and committed a smash-and-grab robbery on Monday, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department announced. At approximately 5:15 p.m., the group entered the business on the 18700 block of Gridley Road and one of them pointed a rifle at a store employee while the others began smashing glass display cases.
The suspects were seen getting into a black Kia Soul and an older model two-door red Honda Accord. They drove south on Gridley Road toward South Street, then got on the northbound 605 freeway, authorities said.
One employee was left with minor injuries. It's unknown what specific items were taken from the location at this time, authorities said.
