Suspect Still At Large In Florence-Firestone Fatal Shooting
The man who was fatally shot was identified by authorities as Rontion Love , 25, of Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Authorities Wednesday identified a 25-year-old man who was fatally shot in the Florence-Firestone area and whose killer remains at large.
The shooting was reported about 5 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of Firestone Boulevard, said Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
Rontion Love of Los Angeles died at a hospital, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter.

Love was standing on a sidewalk when he was approached and shot by the suspect, said Deputy Trina Schrader. He then walked into a nearby liquor store to tell a friend that he had been shot, and his friend attended to him until paramedics arrived, Schrader said.
No description of the suspect has been released.
