Safe Space Chico seeks permit to restart programs ahead of Warren Settlement expiration (actionnewsnow.com) — Safe Space Chico is seeking a conditional use permit to keep running key homeless services, including its winter intake program, from its Esplanade office as the Warren settlement nears expiration.
