• 1 Killed in Chino Semi-Truck Crash on I-60 at Central Avenue (pacificattorneygroup.com) — A deadly semi-truck and Lexus crash on the westbound 60 Freeway at Central Avenue in Chino killed one person and temporarily shut down lanes and the on-ramp Monday morning. CHP says the semi went up an embankment before striking the car, and the incident came just minutes after another fatal collision nearby involving a motorcyclist.
   

• Chaffey College president set to retire (iebusinessdaily.com) — Leadership at Chaffey College's Chino campus is set to change, as longtime superintendent and president Henry D. Shannon will retire on December 31. Shannon, who helped secure Measure P funds and guided the Chino and Rancho Cucamonga campuses through major expansions and the pandemic, will be replaced following a nationwide search.
