This is the latest craze in martial arts, Poomsae. A non contact demonstration form that seeks to have the individual athletes perform a Taekwondo self defense technique perfectly. Direct from Korea, this new style has taken off with competitors from 8-80 as a great way to keep fit, learn self defense and not have to hit anybody.
