Time is running out to apply for one of several positions available on three Citrus Heights commissions.  The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Tuesday; the positions available are: <ul> <li>Four seats on the Planning Commission: Makes land use decisions, reviews city ordinances, etc. </li> <li>Four seats on the History and Arts Commission: Preserve and promote historical landmarks and artifacts; promote cultural and art programs. </li> <li>Three seats on the Construction Board of Appeals: The city is looking for an architect, a contractor and someone with a physical disability. </li> </ul> Applications for these positions are available at City Hall, 6237 Fountain Square Dr., or <a href="http://www.citrusheights.net/docs/general_updated_application.pdf" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">on the city's website</a>.
