It's time for everyday heroes to lace up their running shoes for "The Heart of a Hero: Matt's Run 5K!"
It’s time for everyday heroes to lace up their running shoes for “The Heart of a Hero: Matt’s Run 5K” at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 8 a.m. Runners and walkers can help raise money for student scholarships by becoming their favorite superheroes in costume and in spirit at the 10th annual race.
ABOUT
Matt’s Run celebrates the life of Matthew Myers, who lost his life in a tragic car accident on campus in 2005. Matt was an avid runner and was passionate about helping others. The 5K in his honor brings people together to keep his memory and passion alive

BENEFIT
Donations made to The Matthew Myers Memorial Fund go toward scholarships for students. Your participation in Matt’s Run will help support the scholarship fund and Cal Poly Pomona students.

Early registration is $20 for students and $35 for adults. Registration on the day of the event is an additional $5.
All early registrants will receive a T-shirt and logo item. Awards will be given to the male and female winners in each age category.
Groups of 5 or more (within a single registration) will receive an automatic discount of $2.00 per person. The discount will reflect on the final payment screen.
