This is sweet and very healthy. The blueberries’ color masks the spinach. Great for a kid who is not that into breakfast. You can substitute kefir for yogurt. (Kefir is apparently a superior probiotic.)
1 cup organic plain yogurt
1-2 ripe bananas
1-3 hand-fulls of organic baby spinach
