Box Truck Crash Closes 210 Freeway Overnight Near La Verne
The 210 and Azusa Avenue was closed for several hours over night when a box truck collided with a wall.
LA VERNE, CA — An overnight SIG alert closed the westbound lanes of the Foothill (210) Freeway for a time late Thursday into Friday morning.
The crash, reported at 11:30 p.m., closed the 210 at Azusa Avenue Friday morning after a box truck crashed through the median wall, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Information about injuries was not immediately available.

The lanes were closed to allow crews to clean up the debris, police said.
All lanes reopened with the exception of the carpool and No. 1 lanes, which were blocked until 3 a.m.
