Burglars Are on the Look Out for Unlocked Vehicles in Claremont
Several unlocked vehicles were burglarized last week. Claremont Police and city officials ask people to be careful about locking up.

City officials and Claremont Police are warning residents to be cautious about locking their vehicles following several thefts in which burglars took advantage of several left unlocked last week.
The break-ins occurred between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. from April 30 and May 1. Burglars stole property from several vehicles and nearly all of them had been left unlocked by the last driver, Claremont officials said. They did not specify where the burglaries took place.
“As a reminder, please remember to lock your vehicles, keep any valuables secured,” said Claremont City Manager through a written news release.
