District of Choice Applications
Although the official due date for District of Choice (DOC) applications was December 16, 2019, COUSD will accept applications submitted before December 31, 2019. Although most District and school offices are closed during the Winter Break, you may mail the DOC application to COUSD Student Services at 20350 E. Cienega Ave. Covina, CA 91724 or scan the application and email it to dmaedareyes@cousd.net. The application can be found at www.cousd.net under the District of Choice tab next to Enrollment.
