On Monday, September 27, 2021, the installation of wet and dry utilities to support the Colby Neighborhood 95-unit townhome development will begin. The construction will result in the full closure of Colby Circle between Indian Hill Boulevard and the Colby Circle north south bend. The construction is scheduled in phases over the coming months and into the summer of 2022. The first phase of the construction will be the water line improvements. New water lines will be installed in Colby Circle, with accompanying new connections in Indian Hill Boulevard, which will allow for the abandonment of existing lines currently serving existing residents north of the project site.
