City Of Claremont: Griffith Park Restroom Project – Restrooms Closed

In March, City Council approved the Griffith Park Enhancement Project. The project includes a new restroom facility, new landscaping around the restroom, walkway repair, new playground fencing, resurfacing of the basketball court, and new park amenities. Construction on the restroom will begin next week, August 16, 2021. Construction will take approximately three weeks. The restrooms will be closed from Monday, August 16 through Thursday, September 2, 2021. During this time there will be no restrooms available at the park. Construction may cause some noise and minor traffic delays. Following the restroom construction, the other projects will begin. Park amenities may be closed intermittently during construction. We appreciate your patients during this time.
