Reporting Freeway Concerns To Caltrans

Have you noticed graffiti, damaged signs, trash, or weeds along the freeway? You can submit work order requests to Caltrans for graffiti, damage, or any other conditions that need attention along freeway property within the City. Requests can be submitted at www.dot.ca.gov under the “Contact Us/Maintenance Service Request” link. The form requires details on the location and nature of the request, including graffiti, damaged signs, trash, or landscaping conditions. If you need assistance in reporting a problem on a Caltrans property within Claremont, please contact the Community Improvement Division at (909) 399-5467.
