Abandoned shopping carts left on public sidewalks, streets, vacant lots, or alleys are unsightly and are a potential safety hazard for pedestrians and motorists. City staff retrieves abandoned shopping carts throughout the City during regular inspections, or if brought to their attention. You may report an abandoned shopping cart in your area by contacting the Community Improvement Division at (909) 399-5467.
