NOTICE OF HEARING OF A PROPOSED URGENCY ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING NATIONAL AND STATE MORATORIA ON RESIDENTIAL EVICTIONS TO CLARIFY AND ADD PROTECTIONS FOR TENANTS WHO SUFFER A SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL HARDSHIP RELATED TO COVID-19. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Claremont will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., to consider adoption of an urgency ordinance that would expire May 31, 2020 to clarify and add protections for tenants who suffer a substantial financial hardship related to COVID-19.
