The filing period for the November election is now open for those interested in running for City Council. The City has transitioned to a district-based election system that divides the City into five geographic areas. This year, the election will be for two City Council seats – one in District 1 and one in District 5.

The City is working with community members and businesses on a community mask campaign to encourage people to wear their masks. As part of the education campaign, you will see yard signs, posters, banners, and information around town.
