Registered voters should receive their sample ballots in the mail this weekend, followed by their vote by mail ballots the week of October 5. All registered voters in California will be mailed a vote by mail ballot to ensure a safe and accessible voting option during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The large evergreen tree at the Depot will be removed in October due to disease and pest infestation. The tree, which is usually lit during the annual Holiday Promenade, will be replaced in the spring.
