Claremont: Colby Circle Construction – Old School House Condo Development

On Monday, November 9th, the contractor for the OSH 30-unit condo development will continue to work on public improvements on the south side of Colby Circle. The proposed work includes the removal and replacement of existing curb, gutter, sidewalk and existing drive approaches. This construction will require the implementation of traffic control. During the project, drivers and pedestrians are directed to follow the appropriate construction signs. The area of work is estimated to be under construction for the next three weeks (excluding National Holidays and Sundays), weather permitting.
