Claremont Group Gatherings In Parks

We also ask that park patrons do their part in cleaning up after themselves.

April 08, 2021

While City parks and playgrounds are open for use, COVID-19 County Health Orders are still in place. Restrictions have loosened over the past few weeks; however, large group gatherings are still not permitted. New guidelines limit groups to no more than three different households.

For your health and safety, we remind you to use caution and abide by social distancing requirements. Masks are required at all times. Restrooms are open and stocked with soap, but patrons are highly encouraged to bring sanitizer. Drinking fountains are functional, but we encourage you to bring your own water.

We also ask that park patrons do their part in cleaning up after themselves. Litter is a bigger issue than just deteriorating the appearance of City parks, it can also enter the stormwater system and pollute the water system. Do your part to keep the parks beautiful and the water system clean!
