Attend our upcoming self-defense workshop to learn from the experts, participate in an educational "Name that Tune" game, or join both virtual activities to reinforce your knowledge. Scam & Fraud Self-Defense Workshop
Join experts from the US Postal Inspection Service and local social service providers in a discussion on scams and fraud. You will learn how to identify scams, report instances of fraud to law enforcement, and develop resources and tools to stop scammers in their tracks. A question-and-answer session will also take place. This workshop will take place on Zoom on Tuesday, January 12 at 11:00 a.m.

"Name that Tune!": Scam Edition
If a formal presentation isn't for you, join Miles McNeely from WISE & Healthy Aging for a fun way to learn about fraud. Listen to clips of your favorite tunes from the '50s and '60s and engage in a friendly competition to see who can "name that tune" first! The winner earns bragging rights, but everyone will gain knowledge about scams as your host will use these songs to educate participants. Join in this educational game on Tuesday, January 19 at 11:00 a.m.
