Gas prices in San Gabriel Valley. How much did you spend to fill up your tank?

CLAREMONT, CA - Drivers in San Gabriel Valley can breathe a small sigh of relief at the pump this week.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped three-tenths of a cent Monday for the third consecutive day to $3.062.
The average price is seven-tenths of a cent less than one week ago but 4.7 cents more than one month ago and 20.8 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price was unchanged, remaining at $3.048 after dropping for four consecutive days, including two-tenths of a cent on Sunday.
Orange County gas prices were 1.3 cents less than one week ago but 4.8 cents more than one month ago and 21.6 cents higher than one year ago.
