Claremont residents can get free mulch. West Coast Arborists, Inc., will be handing out mulch Saturday at Blaisdell Park, 440 S. College Ave., according to the <a href="http://www.ci.claremont.ca.us/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">city's website</a>.  West Coast Arborist is Claremont's tree maintenance contractor. The mulch is given out on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6 a.m. Residents must bring all of the equipment needed to load and transport the mulch, according to the city. Claremont offers free mulch to residents six times a year as part of its recycling efforts.
