Claremont Tree Trimming

The City’s contracted trimming company, West Coast Arborists (WCA), will be pruning trees in Grid 6. This is the area between Base Line Road and Foothill Boulevard, from Towne Avenue and Indian Hill Boulevard. This work will begin in mid-November and continue into the new year. Once Grid 6 is complete, WCA will begin Grid 7. Grid 7 is the area between Base Line Road and Foothill Boulevard to the easterly City boundary.

All City trees are pruned on a regular basis using only the highest professionally accepted standards, and in a manner that will encourage good development while preserving their health, structure, and natural appearance. During this time, traffic control will be in place and minor traffic delays may occur. Since this activity may result in some noise and extra traffic during this period, we ask for your patience and understanding.
