Measure CR Information

Polling Locations
There are four polling locations for this election, and they may differ from your usual voting location. To find out where your polling location is, you can check the back of your sample ballot, use the polling location finder on the County website at www.LAVote.net, or contact the City Clerk’s office at (909) 399-5461 or (909) 399-5463. The polling locations will open at 7:00 a.m. on Election Day, and close at 8:00 p.m. The four polling locations will be located at:

Alexander Hughes Community Center (1700 Danbury Road)
Fire Station 62 (3701 N. Mills Avenue)
Pomona College Smith Campus Center, Edmunds Ballroom (170 E. Sixth Street)
Vista Del Valle Elementary School (550 Vista Drive)

To address some parking constraints at the Pomona College polling location, the parking lot west of the Edmunds Ballroom on Sixth Street (just east of College Avenue) will be reserved for those that are voting at this location. Additionally, Dial-A-Ride will be providing transportation from the Joslyn Center to the Edmunds Ballroom between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Election Day. The shuttle will be on a continuous loop and will take approximately 20 minutes. If you arrive at a poll and are not on the roster, you are entitled to vote provisionally at that location.

Vote by Mail Drop-Off Program at the Hughes Center
Claremont residents can drop off their vote by mail (VBM) ballots at the Alexander Hughes Community Center. The ballot box will be available until 4:30 p.m. on election day Tuesday, November 5. Voted VBM ballots postmarked by Election Day, and received by the County no later than Friday, November 8, 2019 will be included in the count.

For more information, please contact the City Clerk’s office at (909) 399-5461 or (909)399-5463, visit the City’s election webpage, or visit www.LAVote.net.
