An investigation into a marijuana grow at a residence has led authorities to another home in Diamond Bar that also housed a grow, authorities said recently.

The grower’s caretakers were also stealing electricity from Southern California Edison, officials said. SCE estimated their loss at $5,000, officials said.
Investigators believe that the second location is connected to 43 year-old Binh Ly, of Rosemead and 45 year-old Thanh Chiem, of San Jose who were arrested on Oct. 3 and accused of running grows in Diamond Bar in the 23200 block of Forest Canyon Drive and the 20900 block of Running Branch Road and in Hacienda Heights in the 17000 block of Glenfold Drive.
