Become a Patch.com blogger in a few easy steps.

Claremont/La Verne Patch is looking for passionate members of the community who want to blog about things that are important to them.
Anyone is welcome to blog for the site: students, teachers, coaches, parents, business owners, community leaders, elected officials, and others.
Here’s how to do it in a few easy steps:
Find out what's happening in Claremont-La Vernefor free with the latest updates from Patch.
Create an account. If Claremont/La Verne Patch is the right Patch for you (and we hope it is!), click “Join” in the upper right corner. You’ll enter your name, an email address and a password, or you can join with your Facebook account.
Then fill out your profile and upload a picture and describe yourself so readers know a little about you.

Tell your editor! Go to Claremont/La Verne page and tell Gina Tenorio in a sentence or two what your blog would be about.
Once you are approved, you'll have access to Blog Central.

Patch bloggers are not paid. Bloggers, you own your posts, so if you want to put your blog on other sites as well that's fine too. This is a chance to share your expertise and opinions with a wider audience!
Our role, as editor of Claremont/La Verne Patch, will be to review your posts and make sure there are no libelous claims or typos. Otherwise, the floor is yours. You can post as much or as little as you want, whether it's several times a day or once a month. That's up to you.
When you get started, be sure to Tweet/Facebook/Email/Pin/Stumble Upon/Whatever what you write. If you really want readers to see your posts, send them with your friends and family via email or share them on your social media networks.
