"Richard and Sheryl Lindholm, the sole proprietors of Chantrelles Fine Catering, collectively established their successful event venue at the elegant Padua Hills Theatre in 1988," a spokesperson for the venue said.

"As years passed and Chantrelles flourished on the historic site, the Lindholms made the executive decision to extravagantly renovate and refurbish the entire facility in the summer of 2009, focusing on both enhancing and restoring the significant historical value, architectural design, and authentic themes of the theatre's original ambiance-expressing rich, Spanish-culture," they said.
