Gas Prices In Claremont & La Verne: SGV Gas Prices Holding Steady

CLAREMONT, CA — Looking to buy cheap gas in your town? You're not alone. Gas prices are holding steady, remaining unchanged across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California's Jeffrey Spring.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County was unchanged Monday, remaining at $3.03, one day after dropping three-tenths of a cent.

The average price is 1.2 cents less than one week ago and 3.5 cents lower than one month ago but 18.7 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price was unchanged on Monday, April 10, remaining at $3.013, one day after rising one-tenth of a cent. It is 1.5 cents less than one week ago and 4.4 cents lower than one month ago but 18 cents more than one year ago.
