Gasoline-Powered Leaf Blowers Prohibited In Claremont

The use of gasoline-powered leaf blowers is strictly prohibited in Claremont. Electric or battery powered leaf blowers may be used and operated between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., seven days a week. Gasoline-powered vacuums are permitted. No leaves or other debris shall be blown into the street, sidewalk, or beyond the property line. Noise associated with the maintenance of property such as mowing, edging, and trimming can take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
