Groundbreaking Ceremony For Willow's New Learning Resource CenterCharter Oak USD is proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the Willow Elementary School new Learning Resource Center (LRC) on Wednesday, October 17. Thanks to the community supported Measure CO General Obligation Bond, all Charter Oak schools are receiving the benefits of modernization and/or new construction which includes painting schools, replacing playground equipment, adding school marquees, replacing HVAC and irrigation systems, installing energy efficient lighting, and upgrading technology infrastructure. New construction includes an aquatic center, learning resource centers, and new classrooms. We are excited to have Willow as the first school to break ground on their new Learning Resource Center!
