If you provide your specific request and the site address, our Building Department will email you a draft permit form for you to fill out and send back to us.

PUBLIC WORKS
Public Works permit applications are available online at https://www.cityoflaverne.org/index.php/documents/public-works/public-works-forms
If you are submitting a permit application, you may do so by placing it in the “Water Payment” drop box in front of City Hall.
City of La Verne is temporarily suspending service disconnections for nonpayment and waiving late fees, effective March 4 – April 30, 2020, for customers impacted by the COVID-19 emergency. Due to the City Hall closure, water bill payments may be conducted online at https://lvrn-egov.aspgov.com/Click2GovCX/index.html or placed in the “Water Payment” drop box in front of City Hall. The City encourages customers who are having trouble paying their bills to contact Customer Service at (909)596-8744 to discuss payment options.
The City also offers Auto Pay Direct Debit services. To get started simply download the enrollment form here and return to Customer Service by either placing the completed form in the “Water Payment” drop box in front of City Hall or mailing the completed form to: La Verne Customer Service, 3660 D Street, La Verne, CA, 91750.

Foothill Transit or Get About passes may be purchased at Pomona Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) by appointment by calling (909) 596-7664. PVTA is located at 2120 Foothill Blvd, Suite 116, La Verne.
