Once upon a time, a theatre company was born. La Verne residents Frank and Donna Marie Minano founded Inland Valley Repertory Theatre in 1990 with the mission of culturally enriching the community by offering high quality theatrical performances and by fostering the talents of actors of all ages. This year IVRT, as it is known throughout the valley, is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a nonprofit regional theatre company.

“We are thrilled by community support shown to IVRT over 30 years,” said Donna Marie Minano, executive director. “Our success as an arts organization relies on people who believe in IVRT’s mission. Time and time again Frank and I have been blown away by the generosity of patrons who believe that the arts can heal, transform and uplift us.”

IVRT will celebrate online, Saturday, September 26, with a video retrospective entitled “30 Years of IVRT: A Musical Celebration.” The event will be virtual by invitation, and will include a silent auction.
