A gang member who shot up a car with five people inside was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Pomona, police said today.Salvador Robert Luna, 35, who was on probation at the time of the June 19 attack, was picked up Tuesday by Pomona police and officers with the East San Gabriel Valley Task Force, according to Pomona police Sgt.
