Marijuana Grow House Operation Busted In Claremont: Police
Arriving officers discovered over 500 plants and a significant amount of processed marijuana inside this substantial grow house operation.

CLAREMONT, CA — When an investigation revealed a potential marijuana grow this week, Claremont Police and Azusa Police Major Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a home in the 1600 block of Clemson Ave. Two were arrested at the scene.
Arriving officers discovered an "active and sophisticated Marijuana grow" with approximately 500 live plants discovered in multiple grow rooms, Claremont Police Department Sgt. Eric Huizar said.
Processed marijuana, cut plants and cash were also found along with the live plants, according to Huizar.

Joseph Cassani, 33, and Ericka Klenk, 25, both of Claremont, were arrested on suspicion of Cultivation of Marijuana, Possession for sales, and Claremont Municipal Code violations. Their criminal charges are pending as the investigation is ongoing, Huizar said. Both were released after posting $10,000 bail, according to sheriff's inmate records.
