PODS® Collecting Gently Used Items for Goodwill Stores Every Saturday in March

San Diego residents will be able to clear the clutter from their homes and garages to donate gently used clothing and household items to fill PODS® Containers for local Goodwill stores. Starting on the first Saturday of March, PODS® will be working with Lincoln Radio Stations and NewMark Merrill, a mall retailer with four locations throughout the city who are joining together for a cause. The theme of this charitable drive is “Spring Cleaning for a Purpose.” Each person who makes a donation on any Saturday in March during the drive from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., will be entered to win a $250 Home Improvement gift certificate to a major retailer.

WHO: PODS®, Lincoln Radio Stations, and NewMark Malls
WHAT: Donate gently used clothing or household items into PODS® Containers benefiting Goodwill
WHEN/WHERE: · Saturday, March 8 & 29 – Piazza Carmel, 3810-3890 Valley Centre Dr., San Diego, Calif.
·Saturday, March 15 – Terra Nova Plaza, 394 East H St., Chula Vista, Calif.
·Saturday, March 22 – Mission Marketplace, 471 College Blvd., Oceanside, Calif.

PODS® Containers full of gently used items will be delivered and then used to store the recycled clothing and household items that will be donated to Goodwill. Contributors will receive a receipt for all donations made.
