Pomona Valley Hospital and Medical Center (PVHMC) is celebrating
stroke survivors, as part of its Stroke Awareness Month line up.
PVHMC’s knowledgeable and dedicated stroke team, from the Stead Heart and Vascular Center, will host a morning full of celebration, education, awareness and fun.
Some of the amenities for stroke survivors, their families and caregivers include blood pressure screenings, stroke risk assessments, signs and symptoms of stroke, and support and resource information.
Light refreshments and nutritional information will be available for attendees.
