Developers of a proposed residential condominium project got a boost this week.
The Claremont Planning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a tentative tract map for 21 condos on a 1.75-acre parcel on the southwest corner of Indian Hill Boulevard and Vista Drive, the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin reported.
The homes will range in size from 1,340 to 1,760 square feet. They will have three bedrooma, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages, according to a staff report to the commission.
The project will go to the Claremont City Council next.
