UPDATE: Former Claremont High School Football Star's Arraignment in Rape Case Delayed Until July 17
The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office filed two charges of unlawful sex against Tyler Singleton in 2010.

Jun 21, 1:22 p.m.: Tyler Singleton's arraignment on charges of rape and sodomy of an 18-year-old woman has been communted until July 17.
June 13, 2:33 p.m.: A former Claremont High School football star is back in court again after another woman has accused him of rape.
Tyler Singleton, 20, will appear at the Pomona County Superior Court on June 20 for arraignment on one charge of rape by use of drugs and one charge of sodomy by a controlled substance.

The accusations surfaced in September 2011 after an 18-year-old woman reported the incident to the Claremont Police Department.
An investigation involving a medical examination and a sexual assault kit was performed, and DNA evidence was found linking Singleton to the alleged crime. He was arrested in April, accoridng to The Claremont Courier

Singleton has since proclaimed his innocence in this latest charge. He also said he was innocent when he was accused of raping 14-year-old and 15-year-old female students at CHS in 2010.
He was found guilty of lesser charges - two counts of unlawful sex - and served 180 days in jail along with a five year probation.
