Join us to sew for kids who are in the hospital fighting cancers in local hospitals to bring a smile to their faces. We cut, sew, wash and donate pillowcases to each and every one of them is packaged and donated to area hospitals giving sick kids a reason to smile. We make bright colorful pillowcases for kids in local hospitals fighting cancer or other serious/life threatening illnesses. We need your help to cut, sew, iron or package pillowcases. We also need donations of 100% cotton fabrics, flannel fabrics in children's, young teen and young adult prints. Other items which we need donated are quart sized Ziploc baggies, Fragrance Free laundry soap, fragrance free dryer sheets, gift cards for JoAnns, and of course $$$. Bring yourself and bring along a friend! We have machines but if you have one and want to bring it feel free to do so.
We have delivered over 10,000 pillowcases in the past three years and the need is never ending! Please help us in any way you can -- our mission is : GIVING A SICK KID A REASON TO SMILE -ONE CASE AT A TIME!
