State-of the-Art Spectrum™ Store Opens in Ontario

Ontario, CA - Dec. 12, 2016 – Consumers in the Inland Empire area have a new option for learning more about Spectrum TV, Internet and Voice services, following the opening of its innovative store in Ontario. The store, which began serving customers on Oct. 10, will host a grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

The brand new Spectrum™ store, located at 1 Mills Circle Level 1 – Unit 604, has been completely renovated. It features an enjoyable and relaxed environment with comfortable seating, allowing customers to experience hands-on demonstrations with multiple TVs, laptops and tablets. The new store also allows customers the opportunity to demo the interactive Spectrum™ TV App using Charter’s 100 Mbps Internet, watch informative tutorials on HDTV and more.

“Our new Spectrum stores are designed to provide an improved customer experience,” said Pattie Eliason, Group Vice President, Spectrum stores. “Instead of waiting in a traditional line, they can browse and interact with an assortment of products. Our representatives will show customers the latest advances in technology, help them become familiar with using it and put together just the right package of Spectrum services for their home and family.”

The new Spectrum store in Ontario is open Mondays – Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Along with sampling and ordering Spectrum services, customers can also complete a variety of transactions at the store, including making payments and upgrading or exchanging equipment.
