The University of La Verne presents "The Marriage of Bette and Boo"

The University of La Verne presents "The Marriage of Bette and Boo", a dark family comedy written by Christopher Durang.

The show begins November 14 with shows on the 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23 at 7:30 with a show Sunday the 24th at 2:30.

Tickets are $15 for general, $12 for faculty, staff, and seniors and $8 for students.

This absurd and hilarious show is a must see as it covers issues such as family disorder with an alcoholic father, a disturbingly optimistic mother and a tortured son who narrates it all.

The cast for this show is diverse in race, age, and backgrounds; comprised entirely of ULV theatre majors, including two recipients of full tuition performance scholarships, three double majors, one student athlete, and two returning adult students.

The show is recommended for ages 13 and up.
