The University of La Verne will close its campuses for winter break from Thursday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Jan. 1. Business offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 3.

University Safety Operations will patrol the campus throughout winter break, and can be reached at 909-448-4950. For students staying on-campus, housing staff will be available around the clock for basic needs and emergencies.

The university will continue to accept applications for admission and philanthropic gifts during the break.

Applications can be submitted online at laverne.edu/apply.

Year-end gifts can be submitted online at http://giveto.laverne.edu or by mailing a check to University Advancement at 1950 Third St., La Verne, CA 91750. Credit card donations need to be processed by midnight and checks post-marked by Dec. 31, 2021 to be receipted for the 2021 year.

While University Advancement staff will be in the office periodically during the break, checks may be dropped off at the Snell Building, located at 2035 Bonita Ave. in La Verne, by using the mail slot in the front door.
