As the search continues for a gunman who shot and killed a youth pastor in Pomona, family and friends struggle to cope with the loss.

On Tuesday, hundreds of loved ones gathered in Pomona to honor Daniel Diaz, 33, of West Covina.

Diaz was shot while inside a vehicle, the intersection of Park
and Mayfair avenues, Pomona police Sgt. Patrick O'Malley said. He and a group had just dropped off a friend following a church party when the gunman walked up and opened fire inside the car without warning, according to O'Malley.
