Where to Fill up in La Verne? Gas Prices are Dropping
In Los Angeles County gas prices are the lowest since August.

LA VERNE, CA — Gas prices across Southern California are dropping across the board. If you ask residents where they buy their gas? Costco consistently has the cheapest gas, according to an informal poll.
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped Wednesday to its lowest amount since Aug. 27, decreasing eight-tenths of a cent to $2.714.
The average price has dropped 23 of the past 26 days, decreasing 18.7 cents, including four-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 3.1 cents less than one week ago, 15.4 cents lower than one month ago and 7.3 cents below what it was one year ago.
The Orange County average price dropped nine-tenths of a cent to $2.696, its lowest amount since Aug. 27.
The average price has dropped 25 of the past 26 days, decreasing 19.4 cents, including a half-cent on Tuesday.

The Orange County average price is 3.1 cents less than one week ago, 16.4 cents lower than one month ago and 5.8 cents below what it was one year ago.
