Woman Killed in House Fire in West San Dimas

Authorities are investigating it as a possible homicide. The sheriff's arson unit is also looking into the fire.

COVINA, CA - A woman was found dead at the scene of a house fire near Covina on Friday, prompting an investigation by homicide detectives.

The fire was reported just after 2 p.m. in the 20900 block of East Mesarica Road in the unincorporated West San Dimas area, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
