You'll Say Eureka! This Spring With New Menu Items

CLAREMONT, CA — Strike culinary gold this Spring season at Eureka! with the exciting announcement of mouthwatering new menu items. Delectable dishes like the Mac N’ Cheese Balls, Butcher’s Flat Iron Dip, Turkey Chipotle Burger, and the Bourbon Barrel Cake are now available for a delicious discovery.

Eureka! takes pride in the scratch kitchen concept, making everything from sauces to sides in house, locally sourcing produce when available, using never ever, hormone free ground beef in all of the burgers, and sourcing the best local bakers to provide buns and baguettes.

"Making its debut among the appetizers is Shrimp Ceviche with avocado, watermelon radish, lime, and cilantro; and crunchy Mac N’ Cheese Balls made with a housemade beer cheese sauce and Fresno Chiles. Introducing additional lighter options, guests can enjoy the High Protein Chopped Salad with romaine, kale, quinoa medley, roasted beet, red onion, carrot, bean trio, feta, sunflower seeds, tossed in red wine vinaigrette; or even the Rice Noodle Shrimp Salad with arugula, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, peanuts, topped with ginger-sesame dressing," Taylor Bulen, communications director for Eureka! said.

Joining the Taco Bar alongside the Chicken and Mahi Mahi tacos, the vegan Falafel Tacos are served on top of lettuce cups, topped with avocado, beets, kale, pickles, watermelon radish, tahini; and the Shrimp Tacos feature sautéed shrimp, cucumber salad, watermelon radish, peanuts, Korean BBQ sauce, and cilantro.

"Discover a new favorite signature like the Butcher’s Flat Iron Dip topped with caramelized onions, pickled Fresno chiles, horseradish mustard aioli, Havarti, and side of au jus; the New York Steak served alongside broccolini, mashed potatoes, topped with cherry tomatoes, and finished with balsamic glaze; or even Turkey Chipotle Burger with charred tomato salsa, avocado, feta, and arugula."

"To perfectly round off the meal, a Bourbon Barrel Cake with candied pecans, caramel, and vanilla bean ice cream has been added to the menu; and of course, More Craft Beer also makes a great replacement for dessert," Bulen said.
