2 Arrested In Highway 4 Pursuit: CHP
The driver and passenger were both taken into custody, according to the California Highway Patrol, Contra Costa Area.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- Two people were arrested after a multi-agency pursuit involving a stolen vehicle on state Highway 4 in Contra Costa County this afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol. Sheriff's deputies began pursuing a blue GMC truck that had been stolen from the Antioch area around 1:53 p.m. Tuesday in Bay Point, according to CHP Officer Brendan Correia.
The suspect was chased west on Highway 4 before turning around at Alhambra Avenue and heading east on Highway 4.
The driver then exited the highway at Hillcrest Avenue in Antioch and fled north, going through several stoplights, and the CHP terminated their pursuit - but sheriff's deputies and the Antioch Police Department
found the vehicle at 24 East Lake Drive.
